1. Shipping Methods
1.1. Royyed offers several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available options may include standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping. Shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
1.2. Shipping times may vary based on your location, the chosen shipping method, and product availability. Please review the estimated delivery times at checkout.
2. Order Processing
2.1. We take approximately 7 to 10 Working days to ship your custom-made shirt. For orders made with imported fabrics, shipping may take up to 10 days.
If you order more than 3 shirts, we first send one trial shirt within 7 days for fit confirmation. Once you approve the fitting, we proceed with the remaining order to ensure the perfect experience.
2.2. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1. We offer free shipping across India. For international shipping, shipping charges apply according to the weight of your order. Any additional custom duties that are country-specific are borne by the customer.
3.2. Taxes and duties may be applicable to international orders, and you are responsible for any such additional charges.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. We are not responsible for any delivery delays that occur once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
5. Tracking Your Order
5.1. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
6.1. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
7. Address Accuracy
7.1. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to prevent delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
8. International Shipping
8.1. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
    All international purchases are considered final sale once shipped.
   We kindly request customers to carefully review product details, size information, and     order specifications before placing an order.
8.2. International orders may also be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays. We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees imposed by customs in your country.
